Abstract

|
Forty-one cases of larynx cancer have been presented.Our data suggests that in Korea this is a tumor primarily affecting heave-smoking male patients, and comprises 2% of alll cancer seen.Twenty-four patients underwent aggressive surgical management. Thirteen of these patients are alive and free of disease, constituting a salvage rate of 54.2%,6 months to 5 years since surgery.
